What forms are required to register a new company online in South Africa:
After completion and submission of the company registration application on our website, you will receive a confirmation email with further details.
Please use the reference number provided when making payment and in all correspondence to us.
As soon as we receive proof of payment, your first company name(s) will be submitted for reservation and the first available name will be reserved by the company’s commission. During the name reservation process, we’ll email you a power of attorney form to sign. This signed form must be sent back to us with certified copies of all directors’ ID’s.
We cannot proceed with the company registration without these documents, so please send these to us as soon as possible to speed up the registration at the CIPC.
How long will the registration take?
It all depends on the workload at the Companies Commission. All new company registration applications are processed on a first come first serve basis. We normally get it done in 2-3 working days.
Can a foreigner be a director of a registered company or business?
Yes, any foreigner can be a director of a company in South Africa.
Do you register nationwide?
Yes, even if you situated in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth or any other city in South Africa.
We can also help you with your B-BBEE Certificate if your company turnover is less than R10 000 000 for only R700 with an additional fee of R150 for CIPC Account Creation.
CIPC Amendments are also done by us and will be billed based on your needs. Please reach out to us if you want an obligation-free quote.
